  • Purpose: To perform diagnostics, deliver insights, and support clinical decision-making.
     

  • Data type: User account data (clinician/technician names, credentials, contact details)

  • Purpose: To provide access to VisionOne™, support user management and communications.
     

  • Data type: Technical usage data (device identifiers, logins, timestamps, IP addresses)

  • Purpose: For platform operation, security, troubleshooting, and analytics.

Legal basis for processing
  • Explicit Consent: Required for processing sensitive health data, including diagnostic results.

  • Contract Performance: Processing is necessary to deliver VisionOne™ services under our agreements.

  • Legal Obligations & Legitimate Interests: Protecting rights, ensuring platform integrity, and complying with regulatory requirements.

How and where data is stored
  • VisionOne™ operates on cloud infrastructure compliant with GDPR and Swiss law.

  • Where data is transferred outside Switzerland or the EU, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are implemented.

  • We use encryption in transit and access controls to ensure data protection.

Data sharing & third-party processors

  • Authorized processors (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics providers) under formal Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).

  • Regulatory agencies, if required by law.

To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@perivision.com. We will respond within 30 days (Switzerland) or 1 month (EU), plus a possible one-month extension for complex requests.

Data protection measures & impact assessment
  • We follow Privacy by Design: minimal data collection, pseudonymization, and privacy-friendly defaults.

  • Security measures include encryption, access controls, regular audits, and backups.

  • We conduct a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) due to the high sensitivity of health data.

Data breach handling

In the event of a personal data breach:

  • We will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours (EU) or as soon as possible (Switzerland).

  • Affected parties will be informed promptly if there is a high risk to their rights or freedoms.
